reconnecting from the ground up

through the power of Nature-centered mindful and somatic practices

elemental creates space for people to reconnect to Nature, and thereby, themselves. Nature-centered mindful and somatic practices are at the heart of what we offer.

We believe the key to genuine wellness starts with the cultivation, and reclamation, of our relationship with Earth.

At elemental, we believe the delusion that humans are separate from Nature causes us and our planet immeasurable suffering.

We combine mindfulness meditation, forest bathing, gentle movement, and sharing through Wisdom Circles to cultivate presence and connection. We offer our own hosted retreat days, Wisdom Circles, and other special events (check out our Upcoming Events page) all rooted in connecting to Nature. We love to collaborate on custom programming tailored to your needs, whether supporting your friends, clients, patients, or employees, we create the experience that’s best for you.

We are trained in trauma-informed facilitation and are skilled at facilitating in-person and via Zoom. We bring practices backed by science, and rooted in thousands of years of human experience.
