Join us on Zoom for our weekly drop-in meditation, led by our co-founders Julieann and Julia.

Join us on Thursdays for weekly meditations led by Julieann and Julia, who alternate leading each week. The practice is Nature-centered and rooted in mindfulness (Vipassana) meditation.

Research hows that Vipassana meditation decreases anxiety, depression, stress and increases creativity, resiliency, insight and compassion for self and others.

Open to all levels. Begin, deepen, and expand your practice in the safe environment of others.
